Concerns and Complaints
The school endeavours to ensure that all members of the school community, and other users of the school’s facilities and services, are fully satisfied with the quality of our provision. However, we also appreciate that there are times when concerns will arise, and it is our aim to resolve any such concerns quickly and efficiently.
We would, therefore, ask any person with a concern to contact the school first to discuss it informally with us.
If you are a parent, then this is likely to be your child’s year office first, or the subject teacher or subject leader if your concern is related specifically to that lesson or subject. If you still need further support, then please contact the senior member of staff with oversight for that year group.

If you are another user of the school’s facilities and services, or a member of the public, please ring the school number to speak to a colleague on reception, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will seek to ensure that the relevant person is able to deal with your concern as quickly as possible.
Should it not be possible to resolve a concern through these informal routes, then the concern should be progressed into a formal complaint. Please click here for the details of the formal complaints procedure.
