Pastoral Administration Assistant

Pastoral Administration Assistant

37 hours per week

40 weeks per year


Salary range Grade E Point 4-5 (£18,426 - £18,795)

£16,184- £16,508 (actual salary)


We are looking to appoint from September, a Pastoral Administration Assistant to work as part of the pastoral team providing service provision for students, parents/guardians and other key internal and external stakeholders.

The role is required to provide a comprehensive front line administrative service within the pastoral provision of the school. This role is key to ensuring inbound queries are acknowledged, answered at source or passed to the appropriate person as necessary as well as collating information for review along with a wide range of administrative tasks.

We are looking for a flexible individual with good organisational and administrative skills to support our Governing Body. The Clerk to Governors is required to attend Governors meetings to minute take and track actions arising. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, speed and accuracy to reflect outcomes of meetings.

Assistant Site Supervisor

37 hours per week

52 weeks per year (Shift System 7am - 3pm & 11am - 7pm)


Salary range Grade E Point 4-5 (£18,426 - £18,975)


We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Site Supervisor who is hardworking and positive to join our Premises team.  Relevant experience would be preferable although full training will be provided.  The job entails working on a shift rota 7am – 3pm and 11am – 7pm during term time and between 8am and 5pm during school holidays as well as additional hours during key school events.
