Key Stage Pastoral Leader

 

37 hours per week - 40 weeks per year

Salary range Grade I Point 22 – 26

Actual Salary: £23,855 - £26,863

Engagement Support Worker

 

22.5 hours per week - 39 weeks per year

(Wednesday / Thursday / Friday, 8am-4pm)

Salary range Grade F Point 6 – 7

Actual Salary: £10,257 - £10,462

(£19,698 – £20,092 Full Time)

 

Under the direction of the Engagement Support Team Leader, the Engagement Support Worker will help to run The Hub, used for students out of circulation or in internal exclusion, and to support on interventions to help meet the needs of identified students/groups of students, contributing to more effective learning through improved behaviour and social skills.
