SCOPAY: Information for Parents at Moulton School

At Moulton School, we use the Tucasi SCOPAY system for online payments. This system, available via a website and a mobile app, makes it easy to pay for school items without needing to send cash or cheques into school.

What is SCOPAY? 

SCOPAY is a secure online payment system that allows you to manage school-related finances from any internet-connected device. The system is available via a website and a mobile app, giving you direct access to your child's account.

How Moulton School Uses SCOPAY 

SCOPAY serves as our primary platform for a range of financial and administrative tasks, including:

  • Payments: You can pay for school meals, trips, events, before and after school clubs, and school uniform.

Please note: At present, the system is used exclusively for payments.

Please Note: SCOPAY is a separate system from Go4Schools. Go4Schools remains the platform for viewing detailed student reports, timetables, and monitoring in-depth attendance and behaviour data. More information about Go4Schools can be found here

Getting Started with SCOPAY 

To begin using SCOPAY, you will need a unique online link code, which is provided to you in an introductory letter from the school. If you have not received this code, please contact the school office.

Once you have your code, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the SCOPAY App or Visit the Website
    The SCOPAY app is available for free download from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can find it by searching for 'SCOPAY' or by using the links below:

    Alternatively, you can access the website at https://www.scopay.com/login.
  2. Create Your Account
    When you have the unique link code, you can either create a new account or link to an existing one.
    • I don’t yet have a SCOPAY.com account:
      Click "Register as a New User" and follow the instructions on the screen. Enter your details and the unique online link code when prompted.
    • I already have a SCOPAY.com account for another child:
      Log in to your existing account. Select "Your Info" then "Link Accounts" and enter the unique online link code for the new child.

Linking Accounts and Multiple Parents

For security, the unique link code provided by the school can only be used once to create an account. If another parent or carer tries to register with the same code after it has been used, it will not work.

  • You can link multiple children at our school (or other schools using the SCOPAY system) to a single account.
  • If another parent or relative requires their own account, they will need a new, unique link code. Please request this by completing our online form:

SCOPAY Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting

"The unique link code is not working."

  • The link code can only be used once. Please check if another parent or carer has already used the code to create an account.
  • If you need a new code, please request one using our online form above.
  • For security, please ensure you are typing the code exactly as it appears in your letter.

"I have more than one child at the school. Do I need a code for each child?"

  • Yes, you need a code to create your initial account which will link one child. You can then link additional children by going to "Your Info" and selecting "Link Accounts", then use the additional link codes. 

"I am having trouble logging in."

  • Please use the "Forgot my password" link on the SCOPAY login page.
  • Ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your account.
